The role of an Agile Coach has a relatively short history, but it has grown in importance and influence as organizations have sought increasingly to adopt Agile methodologies. We'd like to discuss with people that consider themselves knowledgeable in all things Agile. It goes without saying that you know it goes beyond Scrum, but tell us how you explain the role to someone who doesn’t really understand what you do and what you contribute to an organization.
